Hey everyone, Just thought I would let you know that I got the reservations made for 1 campersite , and 3 tent sites at the KOA campground near Alber Lea. YEAH! looking forward to is should be so fun again this year.

Well, to get those of you who haven't camped yet this year i thought I would throw in a few more pictures from the weekend I had at the cabin with Jason, and HEather,

Shane's Birthday!

Hi Shane. Thinking of you on your birthday!

Shane is taking the afternoon off and him and Jody are going to the Twins vs. Brewers game in Milwaukee today. Jody says it's to bad he's not going to see a good game on his birthday as the Twins will beat the Brewers! :)

We are going to Jody and Shane this weekend and will see a game on Saturday. The Twins will have left Milwaukee by then, so we will see some other team play the Brewers. Maybe it's better that way, with no rivalry between family members. :)

The weather has been very cold and dreary here lately. The ground is saturated. Seems like it never stops raining. Don't think we can take much more. Hoping for sun soon.

Sounds like the Vander Woude's are taking off here there and everywhere. I hope you all have a good time.

I decided to put some more pictures on just to show you some of the things we did while we were camping. Heather

I told Aunt Vonda that I would put some pictures of when we went camping on the blog. She put pictures of us climbing the walls so I decided I would put a few pictures of the cabin and some of the food we ate. Aunt Vonda has a dutch oven so we used that a lot and some of the things we made were monkey bread, pizza, barbecued chicken, bars, ham, and chocolate cake. I might put some different pictures on another day.

HELP! Aunt Vonda is driving us up the wall...

The cabin walls made for perfect climbing. It kept us busy one night as we had fun taking pictures, and getting creative with the poses and the way the pictures were taken. Don't worry, they both came home safe and the bed was always right beneath them.

I am going camping this weekend so more pictures next week. Vonda

Hi from the VZ

Hello everyone,

We had a great memorial day weekend in Minneapolis with Jody and Shane. Got to see the new stadium and saw the Twins win two games. Den got three balls at batting practice on Friday night. I have to admit he made an awesome catch to get one of them.

Scott started his job at Central College this week. I'm sure his knee will be a little sore and swollen for the first while, but we are very thankful the Dr. gave him clearance to work.

Jana comes back next Monday night. We are looking forward to seeing her and hearing all about her trip.
