Advice!

I need advice from anyone of you experts who knows how to download pictures to the Vander Woude blog! :)

I want to download pictures of Erin to the blog, but have no idea how to do it. Can someone help me by giving very easy step by step instructions? I know those of you who can do this, probably think I am really dumb at this at you are right. :)
