This, that and everything in between

These are pictures from over a week ago but wanted to give some pr0ps to Heather and Deidra as they both had exciting games on Friday night. With both pulling out the wins and Deidra having game high and (I think) personal best 21 points in that game.

Sorry Tony, I thought I did so good in this game getting pictures of everyone. Deidra and Heather for our family, Hannah for Jess, JT for Jana, and Julie for Travis but I forgot a picture of your dad coaching.

This past Friday, I had an appointment with a physical therapist to discuss my foot issues. The accupuncture I have been doing has worked wonders but I still wanted to follow up with a physical therapist to make sure I was doing everything I could. We are going to proceed with heath therapy, ultrasound and massge therapy and new insoles.

Last night - I had the priviledge of going out sor supper with Sandy and HEather and then joing them in shopping for her 8th grade graduation dress. We had success! but I won't spoil the surprise. Love ya Heather you looked awesome!
