Cousin Camping plans...

Here is what I know as of now.

JT and Jana, are going to coordinate with the Chandler group (Deidra, Jason, Heather, and maybe Jeremy - Travis just got back from Cuba and is going to stay home and work) about possible carpooling to the campsite together.  They would probably leave Chandler around 3:30 or 4pm if it works out.

The last I heard from Darci is that they will be leaving when Jess is off of work on Friday.  I am not sure what time that is.

Scott and I (although, I haven't really discussed this time with him) will most likely be leaving around 10am that morning to assure we get camping spots.

TENTS:  what is the thought on this?  I have a 10 person tent and a small 2 person tent, and am thinking that Jess and Darci have a 4-6 person tent.  So that would more then cover us.  My thoughts on the sleeping arrangements are as follows; but open to other thoughts and suggestions.  Jess, Darci, Jt and Jana could go in Jess and Darci's tent, I could sleep in the small tent, and these two tents could be on one campsite.  Then my 10 person tent could  be on the other campsite and could sleep Scott, Jason, Heather, Deidra and Jeremy if he comes.  This would allow us to get by on 2 campsites.  They usually will only allow 6 people per site/ or two tents.  The way I have it listed here we would get buy with both criteria.

JT and Jana do you have a tent?  If you guys are due to arrive before Jess and Darci, then it might make more sense for you to take your tent along and we could get it set up right away and not have to wait for Jess and Darci, but I am not sure if you have a tent or not.  Jana and Darci  you can discuss that.

Food:  everyone is responsible for bringing their own snacks, and drink and as in the past it will become "group" food.  I will post more about the "real" food at another time.  Jess and Darci, can you take the grill and pans etc, for Jess to cook us breakfast :)

Later this week, or this weekend - I will post ideas, suggestions for how to delegate the "real" food.

Love ya all, and it should be another interesting and memory filled weekend.  The good news is my new tent is RAINPROOF! -- I went camping this past weekend and it rained and rained and rained on Sunday and nothing got into the tent!
