What to bring....

OK, here is the list that everyone has been waiting for...

Jess and Darci, and I have all the basic stuff needed to camp.  Garbage bags, cooking utensils , tin foil, etc... including Tonka pie makers (sand which makers) and brat holders and marshmallow holders to cook over the fire.

I will bring my 10 person tent for Scott, Jason, Jeremy, Deidra, and Heather.  I will sleep in my small tent and then Jess and Darci will most likely arrive before JT and Jana so they are bringing their tent, for the 4 of them.

Everyone is responsible to bring their own drinks and snacks (which we will all share)  Jana feel free to make the "yummy bars"  again as they were a great hit.  If no time, totally understand - just throwing it out there.

Scott and I are bringing the paper plates, napkins, forks, spoons, and knives for everyone.  If you want cups you will have to bring your own I figured everyone would be drinking from cans or bottles.  We will also bring the pancake mix, syrup, brownie mix, and frosting for brownies over the fire  :)  For supper Friday night I will make sliced ham in the Dutch oven again and we can have that on buns.  So Scott and I will be bringing the ham and buns and cooking that as it will stay good  in the Dutch oven since people might be arriving at different times to eat on Friday night. We will also bring stuff to make rolls in the Dutch oven and the charcoal.

The rest of the stuff that is needed:  fresh fruit, wood, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, butter, graham crackers, Hershey bars, marshmallows, potatoes onion and parmesan cheese for campfire potatoes? - Tonka pie items:  bread, sauce, cheese, topping, fruit?) brats, buns, wieners, buns, hamburger, buns and games.  We can take all or some of this, it's just what I cam up with.
.
Just put in the comment section what you are bringing so we don't have double of everything.  There will be 10 of us going, so plan accordingly with the amounts of each item you take.  If I missed something please feel free to add it to the list,

Love ya all, and looking forward to this weekend.

So about carpooling...we want to carpool but aren't sure if everything is going to fit in G&G's van. We can drive to Chandler with our car and then we can all pack up in the van and if we don't fit take another car. Does that sound good? What time will you guys be ready?

We will bring...the famous yummy bars. :) carrots, green grapes, hamburger buns, marshmallows, orange juice, wheat thins, another bag of hash browns, and how does some sandwich meat and cheese sound with some bread? Maybe just for a midday lunch? Or will we have enough food?
