Jana's tournament in Hull

LOOK AT THE MUSCLES ON THAT GIRL!

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd post some pictures and videos of the tournament in Hull. Mom, Darci and I met Den and Arla at the tournament and spent a nice day together watching Jana's team play. We were even surprised later that afternoon to see Scott as we did not know that he was going to be around. Marc (the boyfriend) was supposed to be running in a cross country meet but had an injury so he came to the tournament that afternoon also. It was a pool play tournament so I don't know what place they took.

It was fun to be able to watch Jana play volleyball again and it always reminds me of 2 memories of her. The first is when she was really young and they were living in the old houseI remember sitting on the steps going down the basement and Jana (she was just a little squirt) would bump the ball back to me on the steps - I would toss it down to her and she would bump it back to me again -- we did this for what seemed like hours and then I remember when she was a bit older we traveled to a tournament to watch Jody play volleyball and inbetween games I was throwing the ball to Jana and her friends and they would bump it back to me. We were in the middle of this huge area and it was Jana and 3 of her friends. Jana was the only one that was able to bump the ball right back to me all the other little girls didn't have that controll yet so I ended up chasing that volleyball alot. Jana, that seems like only yesterday and here you are the captain of your high school team and looking at playing college volleyball.

I know Jasn, Heather and Jeremy has a tournament on Saturday to but I am not sure how they did. The SWCH soccer team won there game and will be playing again Tuesday night. I plan on attending the SWCH game in Adrian on that night -- I have only seen Deidra play once and haven't seen Delaine coach yet -- so considering it is the last game of the regular season - I plan on attending. It works out nice since I am off work at 4:30 I can drive straight to Adrian and hopefully won't miss much of Deidras game.

I had blood work done last week again. they are doing the normal followup on the thyroid and then testing the liver levels again. I am assuming i will find out on Monday or tuesday how that all turned out.
