I RECEIVED THE REPORTS FROM MY LAST BLOOD WORK AND I THINK THE EASIEST WAY TO DO THIS IS TO TYPE THE LETTER EXACTLY AS I RECEIVED IT.
Dear Vonda,
I am writing to inform you the results of your recent laboratories. Your bone alkaline phosphates is elevated. This can be found in several conditions. I do recommend additional studies including serum protein electrophoresis, serum calcium phosphorus, a bone scan and skull x-ray. Please call to schedule lab work. I have also reviewed your thyroid labs. Your thyroid appears that it continues to be slightly over replaced. I recomment decreasing your Levothyroid dose to 0.15 mg a day. I will enclose a prescription for you. Recheck your thyroid labs again in three months. Also please schedule your additional lab work at your earliest convenience.
