Hi everyone! Just a little update on our lives... not much new but we wanted to say hi :) Shane is pretty happy about the recent football game but we won't talk about that anymore :) Otherewise- his job is going well and he's now in charge of a new group at our church that we're starting. There are tons of young people- like 20 somethings, single and married without kids, so we're starting a group that just gets together to hang out and such about once a month. Last month we ate and played ultimate frisbee in the dark and this Saturday we're going to grill and then all play kickball. We have over 50 people on the email list so its definitely a big responsibility but he loves planning stuff and hes really good at it too :) (i'm helping just a bit too :) There is a medical college in Milwaukee so theres a lot of medical students, people in law school, cops, and teachers that are new to the area so we're excited about meeting alot of them.
Hmm what else- my job is interesting and crazy busy as always. You never know what kind of a day you're going to have when u work in a hospital :) I like the people I work with and i'm getting more comfortable with the policies and such.... in other words- i'm trying to have a positive attitude :)
Ohh and 1 more thing. Vonda- my roommate from Dordt, Karla Te Slaa, lives in sioux Falls and she just got engaged and is getting married next May 29 (friday night) and i'm going to be a bridesmaid.... so Shane and I are wondering if it would be possible for us to stay at your place that weekend?? let us know what u think :)
