It was a big day for the "grandkids" "nephew and nieces" in sports.
Travis playeed soccer in Sioux Falls so I went and watched that after work today. It was warm but beautiful to sit out there and watch the game --- it was hard fought but at the end the score was 0-0.
Jason had a soccer game also (Jeremy was also asked to play on the team) and they won their game 5-4. Jason had 2 goals and Jeremy had 2 assists. Jason informed me that Jeremy almost had a goal but Leota's goals are smaller then the one Chandler had --- so if they would have been in Chandler Jeremy's kick would have been good. It was that close.
Heather had her firstt volleyball game today. Unfortunately they lost their games but Heather did a great job serving and was able to get it over the net. She told me she just wished she had a uniform that actually fit her. I told her to be patient she would grow --- and hopefully next yeat she won't have that problem.
Jana, I haven't forgotten about you ----- how did you do? Don't be afraid to blog it --- we are all interested in how your team is doing. We might not be there in body but we are there in spirit.
